Video: Kansas-Colorado Dispute Over Arkansas River Heads to U.S. Supreme Court

Colorado Attorney General John Suthers will made his first arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court today. He’s representing the state in the final phase of Kansas’ 23-year-old lawsuit against Colorado regarding the use of Arkansas River water.

CBS 4 in Denver has the report.
